Our Story

Commonwealth Throws Club was created in 2015 to provide effective coaching of the Olympic throwing events in the Richmond Metro area. Since the creation of the club we have helped guide dozens of athletes to All-Region and All-State honors including over 30 individual State Champions since 2017!  Commonwealth Throws Club is determined to work WITH coaches to help athletes reach their fullest potential in athletics!
